Our client is a sign & graphics company based in the Greater London area, they are currently seeking a Signage Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with property and construction clients to manage the delivery of signage projects, ensuring that all designs, production, and installation meet the clients' expectations and are completed on time and within budget. This position requires excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of signage production and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of signage projects, from initial concept and design stages to final installation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property and construction clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of signage into building designs and construction plans.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, production processes, and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the installation of signage, ensuring that the final product meets all specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues during the project, providing solutions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for clients, internal teams, and senior management.
  • Ensure all projects are completed within agreed deadlines and budgets, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of signage design, production, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Solid organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing challenges.
  • A good understanding of health and safety regulations related to signage and construction projects.
  • A full UK driving licence
