SIGN & GRAPHICS PROJECT MANAGER

BERKSHIRE

£32K - £38K (Dep on Experience)

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Our client is a Sign and Graphics leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality signage solutions that help businesses stand out. With a strong commitment to creativity, precision, and customer satisfaction, they specialise in delivering impactful signage for diverse industries. They are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and drive the signage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Manage end-to-end signage projects, including design, production, and installation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Address client feedback and resolve project-related issues promptly.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Designers, production teams, and Installers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage workloads across teams.


Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Monitor projects to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to oversee installations and troubleshoot challenges.


Risk & Budget Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track expenses and ensure projects are completed within budget.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience managing projects, in the signage industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages .
  • Familiarity with signage production processes, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Relevant trade accreditations I.e. SSSTS
  • Knowledge of Risk and Method statement document presentation
