SIGNAGE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

£Negotiable DOE + Commission + Phone + Laptop + Pension + Company Car or Car Allowance
Our client is a sign and graphics manufacturer providing the full solution from design, manufacture through to installation. They offer a range of signage products and are currently looking to recruit a Sales candidate to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed targets by growing sales revenue, in line with the company sales plan and strategic objectives.
- Proactively develop existing accounts, source new business, and build strong relationships with organisations that require signage products.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with customers, including after-sales support.
- Continuously identify new needs and opportunities within existing accounts.
- Present the company's products and services engagingly and confidently via written and verbal communication.
- Travel to client sites and attend meetings as necessary.
- Process customer orders and liaise with design and production departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Log and report on leads and potential sales daily or weekly, maintaining clear records.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have signage sales experience and product knowledge.
- Be self-sufficient, driven, and motivated, with the ability to manage and report on leads and sales independently.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with internal design and production teams.
- Be skilled at qualifying and prioritising leads.
Key Information About the Role:
- Salary: £Negotiable based on experience
- Role: will be split between new business and assisting with existing client, quoting etc.
- Commission: 5% of profit on all jobs brought in
- Remote-Based: visit the office at least once a week (EM area)
- Equipment: Phone and laptop provided
- Clarity Software: Experience is an advantage
