After a busy year relocating and expanding our company we are looking for someone to join our team as a Specialist Project Manager. If you have account management experience in print and mailing gained from working with clients in the financial services sectors then we would love to hear from you.
Main Job responsibilities :
- Client account management - brief taking, reviews and on going customer service
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to client’s problems.
- Estimating, Cost management, Invoicing and Profit analysis
- Provide clients with full scheduling for projects - working with Production managers and External partners
- Supplier management
- Attend client and supplier meetings as required on or off site.
- Responsible for ensuring internal production departments are supplied with full and complete briefs and instructions relating to all production areas
- Ability to work independently when needed and offer guidance to junior members of the team
- Has a 'positive' attitude and responds well to fast paced, sometimes pressured environment
You would be working as part of a team and we can offer the right person an exciting opportunity to work on some blue chip accounts in the fund management, shareholder communications and regulated market sectors.
