The responsibilities for this role include:


  • Resolve tickets wherever possible in a 1st line capacity
  • Troubleshoot and apply fixes to basic queries
    • Basic portal updates/management
    • Technical issues
    • Order support
    • General questions
    • Login issues
    • Invoice queries
    • Goods in issues
    • Budget update requests
  • Escalate issues accordingly if required
  • Progressing order states
  • Managing approvals where they exceed 7 days
  • Order management
  • Client specific support
    • Internal account management
    • SMS Messaging / reporting
    • Budget management
    • Merchandise order management
    • Adding digital assets
  • Implementation team support
    • Providing administration and project support


Experience working with Pageflex would be highly advantageous.
