Gluing Minder

You will have extensive experience of running Gluing machines on a regular basis. It is essential that you have good technical expertise in all aspects of specific production processes with a good mechanical ability. You will have a high level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills. When not required to operate gluing machines, there will be a commitment to undertake all duties as and when required on a regular basis.


Lithographic Printers

Deal with day-to-day print issues as they arise, in conjunction with the Printer/Machine Crew/ Team Leaders/Shift Managers.

Liaise regularly with the Machine Crew to ensure working to schedule.

Work towards targets set and consistently demonstrate an understanding and achievement of changing customer requirements.

Ensure compliance with ISO systems, standards and procedures.

Strive to achieve total customer satisfaction for work produced on the machine.

Seek to reduce waste levels and sub standard work being produced.


Cut & Crease Minders

You will have extensive experience and knowledge of make ready and running a 142 CER Bobst Cut & Crease Machine and its associated ancillary equipment to their optimum efficiency.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and housekeeping within your area. The successful applicants will be expected to work in line with lean manufacturing principles developing their skills and working practices in line with world class manufacturing standards.


Apprentice Print and Cut & Crease Operatives

Our apprentices will reveive full training and support, working alongside our experienced team.

You will gain all the skills, knowledge, experience and confidence necessary to become an experienced and qualified Operative; and be able to operate as part of an integrated crew.

You must have GSCE grade A-C in Maths, English & Science.
