A leading signage company based in Merseyside, known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They specialise in creating and installing a wide range of signage solutions, helping businesses across various industries to enhance their brand presence.

They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage their house accounts and oversee store rebrand projects. This role involves occasional client visits to ensure project success and client satisfaction. They are also looking for a Sales Support / CSR to support the Account Manager ensuring accounts are well maintained and developed.

AM Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing house accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of store rebrand projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct occasional site visits to client locations to discuss project requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to meet client expectations and company standards.

Sales Support / CSR Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive sales support, assisting with the preparation of proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing house accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on project status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of client interactions, project details, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to develop and implement strategies for retaining and growing house accounts.
