The work they produce is as varied as their skills; from the creation of innovative pop-up spaces for some of the most revered distributors, to developing and executing multi-store European campaigns for global sports companies.
The company's craftsmanship is accomplished, demonstrated in diverse projects from flawless interior schemes for luxury brands, creating intelligent workspaces, building interior flagship spaces, and executing stand-out window schemes for the world's most famous department store. They design and build commercial spaces, retail stores, shop-in-shops, events, pop-ups, campaign rollouts, premium and luxury retail furniture and premium window executions.
The role reports to the Operations Director. You will have total responsibility for the management of key projects and project deliverables. There will be regular contact with all internal teams within the company - design, development, workshop and print, external contractors, and shop fitting teams. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering assigned projects in line with the company's project process and delivered to a high standard. The nature of the work assigned may vary from fast turnaround one off executions, premium windows, campaigns, and high street fitouts. You will need a keen eye for detail, be organised and ensure all projects are delivered within budget, ensuring the cash flow is managed positively.

You will need to be proficient in creating timelines, creating cash flow projections, working to strict budgets and be experienced in ensuring all change management requests are managed effectively. You must be commercially astute and ensure all invoices are submitted at the point of project completion.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Manage fast turnaround projects to quality, time and budget
  • Prepare project estimates and quotations
  • Creating cash flow projections
  • Maintain and mange project budgets
  • Maintain and mange cash flow projections
  • Produce work programs and schedules
  • Manage all aspects of production and delivery with a focus on quality, accuracy and timing
  • Exercise effective supplier management and negotiation
  • Raise supplier orders and sign off supplier invoices
  • Ensure delivery dates are met and practical completion is achieved with prompt resolutions to any snagging
  • Prepare all necessary H&S and O&M documentation
  • Conduct a project review where necessary
  • Attend and / or chair meetings with clients, colleagues, contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure that full communication takes place between all relevant parties
  • Continually develop and enhance working practices
