Hours of Working: 8.00am - 4.30pm Mon to Thurs & 3.30pm Finish on Fridays
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented production individual to join a well-established service driven company that designs and manufactures industrial packaging. The client has an impressive client base in the aerospace, medical, military and automotive fields and offers a one stop solution for clients' packaging needs.
They are looking for a Corrugated Conversion Team Leader to run a small department converting corrugated sheets to boxes. Knowledge of the board grades and converting techniques would be great.
Our client is happy to consider candidates currently in a Team Leader position or a Machine Operator looking to take a step up - Corrugated Packaging and Printed Folded Cartons backgrounds will be considered.
The successful candidate should not be afraid to get stuck in and a working knowledge of heading up an autonomous department involving production planning, care of machinery and quality of the team's output. A knowledge of corrugated case manufacture or printing machines would be a distinct advantage to the role but most important is to lead the team with a can-do attitude.

- Lead and effectively manage a team of 5 (Machine Operators & Stitcher Operators)
