Frequently asked questions

1. I have just registered as a recruiter on your site, how do I go about becoming a member and using your services?

If you would simply like to post a vacancy, select the 'Post a Job' option on your account. You can then choose whether to post it as a featured job. If you wish to purchase a one month or three month membership, select the 'Purchase Products' option on your account.

If you would like us to invoice you, please email sales@ozzle.co.uk with your purchase request. Otherwise please complete the form and make payment online.

If you would like to purchase a longer membership, such as an annual package, or if you have any questions, please call us on 01892 501380 or email sales@ozzle.co.uk.

  

2. I cannot log in to my account, please can you help?

Please check you are logging in to the recruiter section of our site.

Please also remember your password is case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password link and the system will send you a link to reset a new password.

If this still doesn’t work, please contact us for further help.

 

3. I have not filled my vacancy in the advertising period, is there anything more I can do?

We offer you a guarantee that if for any reason you have not filled your vacancy during the first 30 days, we will advertise your job completely free of any charge for a further 30 days. Please email sales@ozzle.co.uk requesting us to renew your vacancy under your guarantee.

It may also be worth considering changing the wording of your advert to make sure it is attracting relevant job seekers.

 

4. I’ve just received an email from you telling me my vacancy will be expiring, what action do I need to take?

If you have filled your vacancy, then no need to take any further action.

We offer you a guarantee that if for any reason you have not filled your vacancy during the first 30 days, we will advertise your job completely free of any cost for a further 30 days. Please email sales@ozzle.co.uk requesting us to renew your vacancy under your guarantee.

If you have used the guarantee period and still want the job advertised, visit your account area and you will be able to pay to re-list the vacancy.

5. One of my team has left unexpectedly, how do I make sure they cannot access their account?

When you log in to your account, click on 'Manage users'. You will then be able to edit, enable and disable users.
